Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a more passive style of yoga that involves holding fewer postures for longer periods lasting approximately 3-6 minutes.  

This offers deeper access to the body, targeting the connective tissues, facia and ligaments with the aim of lubrication and protecting our joints and bringing you to a state of mental calmness.


Sometimes Crystals and candles are used to create a nice relaxed atmosphere. 

This class is for all levels  as it is a gentle relaxing class only taking the stretches to a maximum of 70%
