Barre is a fun, energetic, workout that combines Dance, Pilates, and Yoga toning to define the whole body while adding some cardio to the workout.
Barre is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilising the barre. The class can be modified for any fitness level.
Some of the classes utilize a band for strength training as well as total body sculpting.
